 Will be held on Saturday, September 25, 2010  at Ft. Hunt Park, Pavilion A, Alexandria

This Picnic Reservation Form SHOULD BE POSTED no later than Thursday, Sept. 9, 2010
and RECEIVED by us by Friday, Sept. 17, 2010..
and MUST BE received at GWAA P.O. Box 25453, Alex., Va. 22313-25453 by Friday, Sept. 17, 2010.

 Any Cancellations AFTER Friday, Sept. 17, 2010 are not refundable.
WALK-UP Picnic Registrations AND Name Tag pick-up is between 11:00 p.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Picnic Day Sept. 25, 2010.
Pre-printed Name tags MUST be picked up at the registration table before going through buffet food line.
