18th Annual GWAA Picnic
 Will be held on Saturday, October 1, 2011  at FCPA, in Fairfax Co. VA

This Picnic Reservation Form SHOULD BE POSTED no later than FRIDAY, SEPT. 16, 2011
and MUST BE RECEIVED by us  at GWAA P.O. Box 25453, Alex., Va. 22313-25453 by FRIDAY, SEPT. 23, 2011.

 Any Cancellations AFTER FRIDAY, SEPT. 23, 2011 are not refundable.
WALK-UP Picnic Registrations AND Name Tag pick-up is between 11:30 p.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Picnic Day SATURDAY, OCTOBER 1, 2011.
Pre-printed Name tags MUST be picked up at the registration table before going through buffet food line.
